What to expect from me at WeCounsel.co.uk?

I believe that you are the expert on your life, so I see myself as a facilitator of your therapeutic journey and someone eager to explore with you, your internal/external world. I will give you my respectful and undivided attention. I will create an atmosphere where you will feel psychological comfort, support, and emotional security in which you can remain yourself when communicating with me. The therapeutic journey offers us inner peace in that exploring and processing our emotions can help us reach a place of self-acceptance, growth, and self-development. We can explore how you relate to yourself, others, and the world in your social and cultural context since this may be significant to the therapeutic work.
