FEES

Sessions are usually weekly, last one hour and can be long or short term depending on your needs.



  • Individuals £30

  • Couples £40



    Introductory Session - The aim is for you and your counsellor to decide whether counselling is right for you. If agreed between you and your counsellor, further sessions will offer the time for exploration, greater understanding and the opportunity to find ways to move things forward in your life. We may also offer you information about self-help and local resources.

    Location - We have comfortable consulting rooms within walking distance of the centre of Tavistock and Plymouth with available parking and disabled access.
