The aim of counselling is to help you make sense of what is happening in your life and to assist and support you in working through your difficulties in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

I am an Integrative Humanistic Counsellor honouring you, the client, as the expert in your own world. I believe the relationship of trust between us can form a secure place from which you are able to live your life to its full potential.

I have training and experience in using a wide range of counselling approaches including Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Neuro-linguistic Programming and Transactional Analysis. From these I aim to create individual ways of working which suit you and your situation so that the experience feels comfortable and right for you.
